Our Story
There once was a girl from Alberta,
with prairie wind tugging hard at her sweater,
She traveled south sure of her plan:
Learn the craft, then go home again.
She loved the work — the needle, the art,
the patience, the skill, the courage, the heart.
This trip was for learning, nothing more…
and then Chalco walked in through the door.
A body modifier, steady and true,
the perfect shade of not quite purple hue.
He spoke with a grin, a confident force,
saying things like, “Of course my horse.”
They laughed over tools, technique, and flow,
how energy moves, where the body says no.
Hands met hands in the work they knew best,
and intention turned practice into something blessed.
Then came the sweat lodge, the heat, the release,
the laughter, the breath, the moment of peace.
One kiss slipped in, unplanned, unmissed—
and suddenly learning came with a twist.
She didn’t just study, she didn’t just roam,
she found herself standing somewhere called home.
Now side by side, with vision and drive,
they run a damn business and build a shared life.
A girl from Alberta, a man from Chalco’s side,
proof that the best plans are the ones we don’t guide.
Sometimes you travel to sharpen your art—
and come back transformed, with a partner and heart.
